Hola! Heidi threw a yummy dinner to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. I was so impressed, I just had to write about it. She served enchiladas, some with meat (grass fed and farm raised, of course) and some bean and cheese ones. It was so thoughtful of her to provide some vegetarian options! She also served taco salad makings with local tomatoes and queso. There were rice and bean sides and for desseret, she made lemon bars. It was fabu!
