I recently re-discovered Dr. McDougall dry foods. I've been trying to avoid white flour and also need foods that are very easy to prepare and tasty. And, when I say easy to prepare, I mean EASY. So, it was nice to stumble on this again.
Dr. McDougall has a wholediet program, for those interested. But for me, I am just happy to see non-white pasta in a healthier presentation that is easy to make. I've decided to keep some varieties at my desk at work for convenience. There are lots of types of foods to choose from:
I've never had the Asian Entrees, so I think I'll try that next. :)
