First, ginger and peppermint - I knew about the ginger but didn't know that peppermint would also work. Second, pressure on the crease of the wrist or the "pericardium 6" from traditional Chinese medicine. I must not be doing this right since it didn't seem to work for me.
Other than that, I really couldn't find anything other than the regular advice - eat bland food and sprite.
Well, unfortunately I didn't have ginger or peppermint and the pressure on the wrist didn't seem to work for me, so I guess I'll stick to the age-old remedies. I'm on Saltenes and Sprite and bed rest.
