Black Bean Burgers

These things were easy (can you tell I like easy recipes?) and healthy.  They were spicy!  And truly would be perfect with a little lettuce and tomato!  I plan to make these again and again.

To make these bad boys you simply need:

1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup ground flax seed
3 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp chili powder
couple dashes cayenne
1 tsp nutritional yeast (I found mine in the bulk bin at Central Market. Sprouts sells them by the bottle in their baking aisle.)

Mix the ingredients and mash them!
 Form into patties and place on baking sheet.
 Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and out pops deliciousness!
