Yummy Soup!!

I made soup the other day and I was so excited about it I had to share. I had originally planned to make pot roast but Whole Foods was closed and I couldn't bring myself to buy the meat at the only store that was open. So I decided to change the idea to a vegetable soup. I started with this stock which was lower on sodium than most and had a fairly good flavor.


I added to it red potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion. Curry, pepper, sea salt, and garlic. I decided to blend it and add a little more spice.


The picture doesn't do it justice but it was yummy!!! I have it in the fridge in a Pampered Chef batter bowl (Heidi sells PC and so my kitchen has increased in PC products!) and enjoy pouring out bowl after bowl!!
